Terms of Service
1. Service Agreement
By engaging Elite Productivity Coaching, you accept these terms. Coaching is advisory only; outcomes depend on client implementation. No guarantees of specific results. Payment due via invoice within 14 days; late fees 1.5% monthly.
2. Intellectual Property
All materials (frameworks, templates, worksheets) are proprietary. Client may use for personal/business use but cannot redistribute or resell. Violation may result in termination with no refund.
3. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential, except as required by law. Clients should also protect our proprietary methods. NDA available upon request for enterprise engagements.
4. Limitation of Liability
Total liability limited to fees paid in prior 12 months. Not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, data loss). Clients assume risk. Force majeure excused.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
30-day notice required for ongoing contracts. Refunds for pre-paid sessions: 100% if cancelled 48 hours before, 50% within 24 hours, none after. No refunds for completed services.
6. Dispute Resolution
Governing law: New York. Disputes resolved via binding arbitration in NY under AAA rules. Small claims court allowed for claims under $10k. Client may not participate in class actions.
7. Modifications
Terms updated occasionally. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Last updated Jan 2025.
